Bills Release Fitzpatrick

Buffalo will have a New QB in 2013:

The Buffalo Bills have parted ways with Harvard graduate and starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick.  New Head Coach Doug Marrone announced that the Bills released Fitzpatrick after 2 inconsistent seasons as a starter.  Fitzpatrick went 20-33 as the starter in Buffalo.  In 2009, Fitzpatrick signed a six-year $59 million contract was a due a $3 million bonus tomorrow.  The Bills avoided paying Fitzpatrick this bonus by releasing him.  The Bills currently have Tarvaris Jackson on the roster and will definitely be in the market to draft a QB in this April's draft.

Shaler Area Football Alumni & Waynesburg University Waynesburg safety Bryan Gary was a first-team selection on the All-Presidents' Athletic Conference.
